Using the site

Jellypop is free to use. Play the games as much as you like. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it wholesale, or use automated tools to interfere with how it works for other people.

Who owns the games

The games on Jellypop belong to the people who made them — either us or the contributors credited on each game's page. You are welcome to play them and to link to them. You may not copy a game, host it elsewhere, or redistribute it without the author's permission.

Your scores

Scores and progress are saved in your own browser, not by us. We cannot recover them if they are lost, and we cannot transfer them between devices.

No warranty

Jellypop is provided as it is. We do our best to keep the games working and the site online, but we cannot promise either will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from using the site.

Links elsewhere

Where the site links to another website, we are not responsible for that site's content or its handling of your data.

These terms may change. The date above shows when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
